Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for employees and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel coordination and a deep understanding of travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and clients, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel needs.
  • Research and identify the best travel options, considering budget constraints and travel preferences.
  • Communicate with employees and clients to confirm travel details and provide necessary information.
  • Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Handle any travel-related issues or changes that may arise during a trip, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and invoices, and prepare detailed reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate group travel and ensure smooth travel experiences for teams.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide relevant recommendations and advice.
  • Assist with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel documentation as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
