Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and resourceful professional to lead and scale our RTM Direct team. This role oversees the operations of both client account management and recruitment, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and delivering exceptional service to clients and remote team members (RTMs).


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support Account Managers responsible for client communication, onboarding updates, check-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee Recruiters to ensure processes are followed and candidates meet high-quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, creating opportunities for skill development and growth.

Operations Management

  • Review and improve departmental workflows to boost efficiency and align with company objectives.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, candidate placement rates, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a resource allocation plan to optimize team performance and enhance client and RTM satisfaction.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular audits of client and candidate interactions to ensure service quality and process adherence.
  • Implement feedback systems to continuously improve client and candidate experiences.

Project Management

  • Identify and address inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges within the department.
  • Lead initiatives to scale operations and improve team performance in line with company growth.

  • Clear Communication: Able to explain complex processes in simple terms, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in an Operations Management or similar role.
  • Proven Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Property Management or Real Estate is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Additional Information

  • Employment Type: Full - Time, Monday - Friday
  • Languages: English, Spanish
  • Salary: 15-17 USD per hour
