Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Investigator to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on Insurance and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) work. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong investigative background, particularly in insurance-related matters. The successful candidate will bring a passion for the field, along with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive surveillance, activity assessments, background investigations, and integrity surveys.
  • Perform alive and well checks, accident reconstructions, and various investigative activities.
  • Ensure the production of clear, high-quality surveillance video evidence.
  • Adhere to specified formats and timelines when reporting findings.
  • Prepare written and recorded statements, as well as daily reports documenting applicable details.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of general investigative experience, specifically in Insurance/SIU.
  • Valid C or CC-License for Florida, or appropriate state licensing for investigations in other states.
  • Holding an all-lines adjuster license is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with bilingual abilities considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer and organizational tasks, coupled with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong critical thinking, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to follow company protocols and instructions closely.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant investigative experience.
  • Required licensing as specified, demonstrating compliance with state regulations.

Compensation will be determined based on experience. We also offer mileage reimbursement for travel within a 100-mile radius of your home base, along with flexible working schedules to accommodate personal commitments.
