Your Role

As a Product Data Specialist, you will:

IMAGE TASKS

Conduct image audits (compare our internal cloud-based drive/RS Excel file to the brand’s website to ensure we have the most accurate/updated imagery internally)
Create Box links, identify image counts, rename imagery according to our standards
Upload images from our brand portals
Resize images to the required size per brand/retailer requirements
Reformat images from PNGs or TIFFS to JPEGs
Remove or change a background color

PRODUCT SPEC TASKS

Performing data audits by comparing two data sources and ensuring the information we have is complete and accurate
Scrape manufacturer websites to find missing product spec data, then add missing product spec data to a RS Excel template

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Data-driven with a strong Excel background
Should be familiar with a PIM (product information management tool) or similar CMS
Must have e-commerce experience
Photoshop experience preferred as Photoshop will be required in the position
Background in the home industry (lighting, décor, furniture) would be a plus
Digital Product Data Specialist, E-Commerce Product Coordinator, Data Analyst, Merchandising Assistant, Assistant Site Merchandiser, Site Merchandising Associate
