Job description

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to lead the Agile transformation within our Enterprise Systems domain. This role involves working closely with the Architecture and Operations groups to drive Agile principles, improve team performance, and create customized solutions for enterprise-level challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching to Enterprise Systems teams, including Architecture, Operations, and Leadership groups, ensuring alignment with Agile practices.
  • Develop and implement customized Agile frameworks to address the unique needs of Enterprise Systems operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to team leads and executives, offering guidance on Agile strategies and organizational change management.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and collaborative exercises to enhance Agile maturity across teams.
  • Partner with leadership to address and resolve challenges, including difficult conversations and resistance to change.
  • Work closely with Change Management and Training Teams to ensure successful adoption of Agile practices.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to part-time engagement as needed for IT-specific coaching needs.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in Agile coaching, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Systems and cross-functional leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor them to enterprise operations.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across large, distributed organizations.
  • Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Availability during US business hours to support team operations and leadership needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in leading Agile initiatives for Enterprise Systems teams, including Architecture and Operations.
  • Familiarity with global collaboration and distributed team management.
