As an
Account Manager on the
Marketing team, you will be the
central point of contact for clients translating their goals and feedback into actionable tasks for our internal marketing teams (social media, content, design, etc.). This role heavily emphasizes
effective communication: youll lead
weekly client meetings, ensure regular updates, and proactively tackle any challenges. If you thrive on building strong, trust-based relationships through
outstanding communication, while also having hands-on Web3 expertise, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
Act as the
primary liaison between clients and internal marketing teams.
Conduct
weekly check-ins/meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and agree on next steps.
Maintain ongoing communication outside of scheduled calls, ensuring clients are kept informed about deliverables and timelines.
- Campaign Oversight & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (social, content, design, influencer outreach) to ensure deliverables align with client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, provide updates, and suggest optimizations or new strategies based on data and feedback.
- Frequent Communication & Reporting
Provide
clear and concise updates to clients regarding project status, KPIs, and marketing outcomes.
Prepare and present
performance reports (weekly, monthly, or milestone-based), breaking down metrics and recommending improvements.
- Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving
Identify project bottlenecks or roadblocks and escalate to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
Offer proactive solutions to address client concerns, maintaining trust and project momentum.
- Client Growth & Retention
Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional marketing services (e.g., paid advertising, community management, influencer campaigns).
Support
proposal writing,
budget planning, and
contract renewals to secure long-term client relationships.
Primary Evaluation Criterion: Exceptional Communication Skills
Incredible Verbal & Written Communication: Comfortable leading calls, conducting presentations, and providing concise updates to both clients and internal teams.
Conflict Resolution: Skilled at handling objections, navigating complex requests, and finding win-win solutions.
Secondary Evaluation Criteria: Web3 & Marketing Experience
- Web3/Blockchain Experience (2+ Years)
Familiarity with crypto culture, blockchain fundamentals, and industry developments.
Familiarity with marketing strategies for token launches or community-building is a major plus.
- Marketing & Project Coordination
Know-how in key marketing channels (social media, SEO, influencer outreach, etc.) tailored to blockchain and crypto audiences.
Organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
