In 2024 after analyzing the company's growth over the past years and forecasting future development, we are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Attracting candidates for Junior and Middle Level positions
  • Crafting candidate profiles effectively
  • Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines
  • Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel
  • Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care
  • Meeting vacancy closure deadlines
  • Initiating search processes promptly
  • Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion


Requirements

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
  • Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
  • Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 2 years
