Job description

Job Title: 180 Recruitment Consultant
Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
UK Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm UK

​Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent in the insurance sector using job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Developing and maintaining active candidate hotlist
  • Engage passive candidates through professional and persistent communication.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in Bullhorn CRM or similar systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the client-focused consultant to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Support our client's mission of promoting diversity and inclusion in the insurance sector.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within the insurance or finance sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Bullhorn or similar.
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly in engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to the companies values of diversity and inclusion.
