Job description

Job Title: 180 Recruitment Consultant
Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
UK Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm UK

About our Client: 

Our client are a pioneering recruitment agency dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the insurance sector. Founded by two industry leaders, our client is committed to creating lasting change by dismantling barriers and fostering a diverse workforce. The company supports the insurance sector through vibrant community engagement, events, and active recruitment, aiming to secure and retain a diverse range of talent.

​Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent in the insurance sector using job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Developing and maintaining active candidate hotlist
  • Engage passive candidates through professional and persistent communication.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in Bullhorn CRM or similar systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the client-focused consultant to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Support our client's mission of promoting diversity and inclusion in the insurance sector.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within the insurance or finance sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Bullhorn or similar.
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly in engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to the companies values of diversity and inclusion.
