As a Specialist in the Employee Relations Policy & Governance team, you will offer reliable advice on employee relations that complies with Australian law.

In this role, youll also lead key workstreams within strategic ER projects, following the agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices. Additionally, you'll ensure quality by monitoring progress, reporting, tracking, and managing risks.
