Senior Salesforce Developer - Manila

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions including customizing the Salesforce platform to align with organizational needs, integrating third-party tools, and leading the technical team to implement industry best practices.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce projects and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices.
• Stay informed about Salesforce releases and implement new features as needed.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the development of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and connectors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.
• Additional Skills: Excellent English communication skills. B2+ level or higher in communication skills.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) or Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Philippine Time). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
