Key Responsibilities

  • Support Global Talent Recruitment:
    • Assist in designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates globally.
    • Focus on sourcing candidates for key roles, including sales, designers, product managers, and engineers in North America and beyond.
  • Candidate Engagement and Sourcing:
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Lever, Glassdoor, and other professional networks.
    • Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Onboarding and Coordination:
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to provide resources and support to new employees.
  • Collaboration with HR Strategy Initiatives (Optional):
    • Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as employee engagement or performance management, to build a stronger organizational culture.
Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a top-tier university.
    • Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Language Skills:
    • Native-level English proficiency for professional communication.
    • Fluent in Chinese as a working language to liaise with internal teams and candidates effectively.
  • Experience:
    • Prior internship or campus experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is a plus.
    • Familiarity with roles such as sales, designers, or product managers is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Key Skills and Mindset:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
    • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and handle both strategic and operational tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
