Opportunity Overview
Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting.
Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.
Provides hardware development and consultation.
More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.

Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus.
Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
Flexible to support business trip as project requirement.
ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus.
