Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Leverage multiple platforms, networks, and tools to identify and engage with top talent in diverse fields.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by guiding individuals through every step of the recruitment process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with leveraging AI tools and technologies for recruitment needs, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
  • Expertise in utilizing social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
  • A strong understanding of market trends and talent landscapes within the iGaming sector.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
