The Personalization Manager is responsible for a variety of project work related to UHC.com to drive personalization efforts. This technical role will work to onboard new marTech platforms, provide strategic direction in marketing automation, personalization campaign management, and building great digital experiences for the end user
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely - from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
As part of the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team (DXP), work with various business partners across a highly matrixed ecosystem to understand needs and deliver optimized solutions that help meet and exceed those goals.
Provide strategic leadership for implementing automated methods that enhance and personalize the customer experience across all touchpoints (primarily the digital experience)
Build and optimize customer audiences and segments using data insights to drive personalized marketing and sales efforts as well as identifying opportunities for developing new audiences
Develop a personalization dashboard for communicating value driven from personalization efforts
Use Adobe AEM skills authoring experience fragments, assets, or general content authoring experience
Leverage Adobe Target to offer up highly personalized and optimized experiences to site visitors on UHC.com
Understand and flawlessly execute on all fronts, including test consultation, activity setup, measurement and results delivery
Research and deploy advanced features of Adobe Target to meet business needs (ex: computer learning, experience fragment and Adobe Sensei functionalities.)
Maintain operational procedures, system standards and provide recommendations for improvement
Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners and subject matter experts
Bonus if you have experience developing and managing Adobe Recommendations and providing Adobe Target technical support

Required Qualifications
3+ years of digital experience and project management experience within a matrixed organization
3+ years of experience in A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO)
3+ years of experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
3+ years of experience in workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA, Adobe Workfront, Kanban boards, Microsoft Planner)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using other Adobe Experience Platform Technologies (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Recommendations, Adobe Launch, AEM, etc.)
Experience in healthcare insurance industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
