  • Forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, minimize costs, and analyze variances.

Customer Interaction and Support:

  • Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance and support to customers and junior Field Service personnel.

  • Conduct toolbox talks, training sessions, and courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and promote future business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, resolve complaints, and recommend solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Perform customer follow-ups, such as inventory checks and promoting sales of parts and services.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

  • Document project activities, including issuing detailed service reports within two weeks of job completion.

  • Include specific details in reports, such as names, dates, and observations related to services performed.

  • Support senior management in preparing quotations and managing local purchasing activities.

  • Provide direct input to Product Engineering and contribute ideas for process and product improvements.

  • Issue work method statements and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Act as Site Manager when directing work on Elliott and non-Elliott equipment.

  • Provide training to both customer personnel and junior team members, enhancing their technical capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical principles and rotating machinery.

  • Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, blueprints, and work method statements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
