Your job:

Managing and leading the entire integration process for new partners

  • As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage and lead the entire integration process for new partners post-sales, including technical onboarding, integration checks, and campaign launches.
  • You support our partners with the technical integration and customisation of our products on their web platforms.
  • You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Key Account Management, Product, Engineering and Data to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
  • You diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, offering timely solutions to partners.
  • You optimise processes by identifying opportunities to enhance integration quality and performance.
  • You stay updated on emerging eCommerce trends and technologies.


Your profile:

Combination of technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • You have a strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and integration processes.
  • You bring expertise in APIs, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and system integrations.
  • You are familiar with affiliate marketing and advertising platforms.
  • You convince with excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You consider yourself as self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
