Job description

Mit Social Heaven sind wir eine Creative Agency mit Fokus auf Performance UGC Ads für die Kanäle meta, TikTok und YouTube. Von der Ad Conception, über das Copywriting, Creator Scouting, Video Production bis hin zu finalen Ad und Ad Iterationen übernehmen wir den gesamten End-to-End Prozess der UGC Production. Zu unseren Kunden zählen international DTC Brands und Digitalprodukte. Wir brennen wir Kreativität und Performance Skalierung über unsere Anzeigen 🔥

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Akquise, dem Briefing und der Betreuung von neuen Content Creator (m/w/d) für unsere Brand Partner (m/w/d)
  • Du schließt neue Akquise Kanäle für unsere Creator an
  • Du prüfst die Qualität der Creator (m/w/d)
  • Du erhältst Einblick in das CRM für die Content Creator Betreuung
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau neuer Tools und Prozesse für eine transparentere Kommunikation und Akquise
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Datenpflege unseres Creator Pools


Qualifikation

  • Du begeisterst dich für die Themen Influencer Marketing, Social Media und Content Creation
  • Du bist ein strukturiertes Organisationstalent
  • Du punktest durch ein hohes Maß an Empathie, kannst gut verhandeln und sprichst fließend Deutsch und bist verhandlungssicher im Englischen
