Your challenge:
As our Brand Manager within the Brand & Product Marketing team, you’ll have the freedom to work from home or from our modern office. You will be at the forefront of shaping the Taxfix brand and driving our brand campaigns to new heights. Collaborating with internal creative teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will elevate our brand’s consideration, awareness, and customer trust across key markets. From managing large integrated campaigns to running Taxfix social media channels, you will translate insights into impactful strategies that inspire action and engagement.
Your responsibilities:
Support campaign development from initial briefing to campaign launch in collaboration with creative teams and external agencies.
Handle large, integrated brand campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consensus across creative, product marketing, PR, CRM, and content teams.
Run Taxfix’ social media channels: research, plan, design, implement strategies, and evaluate success.
Evaluate campaign and channel performance regularly, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future campaigns.
Develop deep market and user knowledge, identifying opportunities to increase brand consideration and translate them into acquisition and retention drivers.
Drive user-centric focus across the organization, ensuring brand strategies align with user needs and behaviors.
Utilize brand marketing best practices, emerging trends, and experiment design to strengthen brand marketing foundations at Taxfix.
Manage big, cross-functional projects, own communication processes, and drive alignment across departments.
Your profile:
You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or similar roles, preferably in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
You bring experience in developing and implementing market and brand positioning strategies, ideally for app/software products.
You have hands-on experience working on and in the German market.
You possess strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
You are a pragmatic, solution-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, in English and German.
You have a passion for data, using insights to drive decisions and continuously optimize campaigns.
You navigate Instagram and TikTok natively (Reddit is a plus) and are excited to take ownership of Taxfix social channels, proactively creating and managing content.
You are curious about AI and its potential for improving marketing workflows and storytelling efficiency.
You are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.
