We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst who will be responsible for Analyzing the data on customer, competitors and marketplace using multiple internal and external data source through our data visualization tool.

This position is part of the Japan Sales Operations located in Tokyo, Japan and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assist each function to build KPI with developing trucking process using CRM and BI tool
• Develop visualized and automated reports to support KPI monitoring using BI tool
• Support current Domo BI Tool, Salesforce CRM and SAP CPQ system administration and development by working with global sales operations team
• Support both ongoing and ad hoc requests for data analysis and visualization
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders including sales managers, marketing function, finance, logistics and global sales operations on requests for data pulls and reporting
• Calculate sales incentive
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations

The essential requirements for the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required
• More than 3 years of practical experience of BI Tool and data analysis
• High level knowledge of Domo BI tool
• Computer skills (MS Office Excel)
• High communication skills in Japanese

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Business English (reading, writing)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP CPQ or Oracle Business Intelligence
