Job description

BeInCrypto is looking for a talented Community Manager to own and elevate our presence on X (formerly Twitter) by growing our audience, boosting engagement, and strengthening our brand voice.

Tasks

Develop and execute content strategies for X to drive follower growth and engagement.
Monitor trends, mentions, and hashtags to stay ahead of industry conversations and proactively interact with our audience.
Build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and other key players in the crypto ecosystem to amplify our reach.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement rate) and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Respond to user inquiries and manage community feedback to ensure a positive brand reputation.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, PR) to align messaging and support broader campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a social media account, with a strong focus on X (formerly Twitter).
Crypto expertise: In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and Web3 trends.
A track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
