Responsibilities
Work closely with the data analytics team to conduct user segmentation and cohort analysis to identify key buyer personas and provide actionable insights for targeted marketing strategies.
Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including newsletters, on-site, social media, influencers, performance, and SEO, to drive user growth and engagement.
Develop targeted messaging and briefs for buyer personas, ensuring a compelling narrative across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive buyer journeys, A/B tests, and new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor user behavior throughout their journey, evaluate outcomes, provide insights, and set the next steps for continuous improvement.
Ideate, set, track, and analyze performance goals to measure campaigns’ success and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Creative Growth Manager or similar role.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating success in designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Exceptional creative skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives, targeted messaging, and briefs.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with different departments and divisions.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, A/B testing practices, and the ability to apply insights to enhance user journeys.
Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing, including social media, on-site, social media, newsletters, influencers, performance, SEO, and affiliates.
Versatility to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly turn existing strategies to meet new challenges.
