Position: Behavioral Health Provider - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Compensation: Starting at $72,000/yr | Fully Remote (U.S. only)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 (40 hours per week)

To be considered for this position, candidates must be a LCSW or LPC licensed in Pennsylvania and have experience in both therapy AND intake services.

About the Role:

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs or LPCs to provide therapy and intake services in an integrated care position. In this role, you’ll conduct intakes, individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources.

Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
Develop and monitor treatment plans
Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)  or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania required
Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
Experience working in an integrated care setting
Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
