A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure, and also be the ambassador for our brands and products.
A Day in the life of...
Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animals
Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors and any health issue of the consumers’ pets
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines
Inform customers about new product, functionalities and campaigns, if any
Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and a knowledge-based documents
Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making
Ensures Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer
What Will Make You Successful
Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge on English
Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge on French
Bachelor’s degree on Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food science, or similar
1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer Relations
Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet)
You have a first experience in customer relations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Capable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely
Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
