We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist who will be primarily responsible in setting up and managing the process of onboarding new and prospective clients. You will be working full-time (50 hours/week), during US business hours (EST or PST). To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:
Job Description:
• Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to assess their fit with the firm.
• Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm.
• Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates.
• Onboarding new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and putting together initial case files.
• Entering client information into computer systems.
• Networking with law firms in other areas of specialty to grow referrals.
• Performing administrative support tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years of law firm client intake experience, preferable with a Sales background;
• Strong written and oral communication skills to explain next steps and compose client profiles for attorneys
• Organizational skills to keep track of prospective clients’ contact and case information
• Knowledge of construction terms
• Experience with using Clio Grow
