Job description

Growth Marketing Strategist – Paid Media 
We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our B2B SaaS customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid media campaigns. In this role, you'll own our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels, optimize our marketing spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

As a Growth Marketing Strategist, your key responsibilities typically include: 
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across the following platforms:
  • Google Ads (search and remarketing)
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (with a focus on B2B lead generation)
  • Clear B2B marketing experience, especially in executing strategies that drive qualified leads, contributing to pipeline growth
  • At least 2 years of experience using HubSpot's marketing automation tools, including campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.

Additional Details: 
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
