Growth Marketing Strategist – Paid Media 
We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our B2B SaaS customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid media campaigns. In this role, you'll own our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels, optimize our marketing spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

As a Growth Marketing Strategist, your key responsibilities typically include: 
  • Execute and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Google/Bing Ads, and programmatic platforms. 
  • Manage substantial monthly ad spend while maintaining and improving KPIs. 
  • Create and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging. 
  • Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership. 
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on paid media. 
  • Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns. 
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (GA4, GTM, etc.). 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar). 
  • Data-driven approach to optimization and budget allocation.

  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
