Looking for Business Development Manager for India staffing with good communication skills. Also, who majorly having experience to get the product based clients.

Location- Noida/pune/Hyderabad/Remote

Stefanini is looking to expand our Digital Staffing offering. We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive that can lead, open new opportunities and develop long term relationships within the Staffing industry. This is a salary +plus commission opportunity.

What will you do?

  • Responsible to hunt and close new business in Total Talent and Digital Services Tower (Staffing)
  • Industry / Client Analysis (and intelligence building)
  • Client Relationship and developing new relationships
  • Cold calling and client visits, identifying decision makers, and working through the sales process to close business
  • Account Performance and Business Growth Management
  • Customer Service Management: Overall Client, Consultant and Team Satisfaction
  • Leverage personal network and/or other networks to identify and pursue opportunities
  • Responsible to ensure that Total Talent solution is in sync with the client expectations
  • Strong technical and business functional acumen in understanding of job specifications in business domain like IT, Functional, Professional, etc.
  • Support and Lead Client Staffing RFPs
  • Develop and present to prospect clients the Stefanini Total Talent and Digital Service offerings

Expectations:

  • Develop new Staffing business for the Total Talent and Digital Services Tower
  • Design, and develop sales plans
  • Develop new opportunities
  • Partner with Stefanini client base to understand and anticipate Staffing/Consulting/Total Talent needs of the business and to implement appropriate long-term strategies
  • Grow Stefanini book of business
  • Lead by example, be in the weeds, and be willing to insert yourself into the recruitment and delivery process at all levels
  • Be a SME on the Stefanini Total Talent offerings
  • Lead, and propose new ideas and drive change

What do you need to succeed?

  • 10 - 15 years" experience in business development or combination of Business Development and Account Management
  • 7+ year experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services sales is a must
  • Previous experience cold calling
  • Experience selling in the MSP model is highly preferred
  • Must have a proven track record in achieving targeted sales results or quota
  • Must be willing to travel throughout India
  • Must report out daily in Stefanini ATS Sales module
