The salary range for this role is $54,000 - $74,800/year + Bonus

We are looking for a junior marketer to join our team as our Senior Marketing Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for executing Numerator’s marketing programs and reporting. You will manage campaign execution, program reporting, event automation, and database cleanliness. You will work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to assist with the lead-flow process, all while learning about strategy and measurement in different channels.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Execute campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement including: emails, webinars, web content, paid advertisements and landing pages
  • Manage the email and marketing program calendar
  • Maintain core marketing operations processes to support collaboration and communication throughout the marketing team
  • Maintain critical marketing metrics, custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions throughout the marketing team
  • Distribute weekly funnel and program reporting along with monthly and quarterly board reporting
  • Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing system projects and operational projects on time
  • Manage database accuracy, including updating, deduplication, importing and exporting records
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested
  • Be a marketing ambassador between Sales and Marketing teams while updating key internal stakeholders on operations and timelines
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Assist in digital marketing tasks such as SEO, website management, paid search, paid social and more
  • Build and execute digital event campaigns in our webinar platform (BigMarker)

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • 1-3 years of previous marketing operations, digital marketing and/or demand generation experience, preferably B2B or technology-related
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing automation
  • Strategic thinker with the skills to analyze marketing challenges and develop effective marketing solutions
  • A desire to develop analytical reports and the eagerness to learn how to use reporting and data in marketing performance and campaigns
  • Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll up your sleeves” to drive organizational change
  • Highly organized and detail-orientated with the skills to manage multiple projects at a time
  • A collaborative nature, and an interest in working with cross-functional, internal and external partners
  • Highly self-motivated with a passion for process improvement, optimization, efficiency and automation

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
  • Experience using a Marketing Automation tool (e.g.: Marketo (we use this here!), Hubspot) is a plus
  • Experience with SEO strategy and keyword research
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
