Your missions

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to engage and convert potential customers.

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials.

  • Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.

Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Digital Marketing:

Manage the company's website and social media profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.

Optimize digital content for SEO to increase online visibility and traffic.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

  • Event Planning:

Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and attendee engagement for events



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Wordpress, Referral Factory, Podium
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for dance, arts, and fostering a supportive community.
