Reporting to the Service Director Central - Med | Esko, the Service & Project Coordinator is responsible for handling Hardware- and Software Cases, Planning all field activities, coordination of all deployment activities with our internal and external customers. You take individual ownership of projects until customer acceptance. You are the key single point of dispatching and responsible for driving high Customer experience and will be located in Italy or Spain working Remotely
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Answer all incoming calls from customers
- Plan field staff with field staff utilization in mind (Single Point dispatching)
- Follow-up on non-closed cases and call-back times
- Escalate if service level agreements not kept (time to answer, time to solve)
- Professional and technical description of every case
- Order spare parts and follow-up on parts return
- Communicate with the customer and field staff
- Secure fast return of field reports in order to close the case
- Prepare the Invoice of field activity (closing WorkOrder)
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in Service Dispatcher or Service Support roles would be a plus
- Advanced level of English, Spanish and Italian is mandatory
- Availability to travel around 10% of the time.
