Job description

The Senior Digital Experience and Automation Specialist supports regional and global marketing teams with various aspects of our go-to-market strategy, including campaign planning, operations, optimization, and measurement across our website and marketing technology stack

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and optimize marketing programs in systems including, but not limited to, Marketo, SFDC, Drupal, 6Sense, Drift, and On24

  • Monitor and maintain scalable processes in Marketo and Salesforce that follow best practices in campaign optimization, execution, and tracking

  • Perform extensive QA activities across systems prior to campaign deployment to ensure quality

  • Support day-to-day website operations, including web content management, landing page creation for demand generation campaigns, and localization to improve discoverability (SEO), user experience, and conversion rate optimization

  • Work closely with regional teams to localize content and build the digital elements of regional campaigns, including translation workflow and management

  • Gather and condense stakeholder requirements to align regional marketing needs with global teams

  • Maintain marketing database quality, including list imports and cleanup, audience segmentation, and subscription management

  • Work with regional teams to define and build target account lists using first-party data and intent data for all marketing campaigns to ensure efforts are focused on the right audience

  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of data through data cleanliness and governance efforts; improve data quality results by identifying best practices and system improvements

  • Ensure regional compliance with privacy programs, such as GDPR, CASL, and CCPA, to ensure marketing and sales data adheres to Workiva’s Privacy and Compliance Policy Guidelines

  • Continuously improve and conduct in-depth analyses measuring marketing campaign effectiveness

  • Implement A/B testing and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance

  • Review, analyze, and assess digital marketing programs against objectives to determine effectiveness

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree with 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation/Operations, Digital Marketing, and website management

  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (or equivalent marketing automation platforms and CRMs)

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with Drupal CMS or equivalent

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven background; ability to extract insights and provide value for future campaigns

  • Self-motivated and autonomous with a self-starter mindset

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin as a secondary language is advantageous, as you will be liaising with local teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan

  • Experience working with global teams and an understanding of the APAC market

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Minimal travel for customer and internal meetings

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
