You Are
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with extensive platform experience and a proven track record of scaling apps for future users. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who can break down complex software design challenges, organize and manage engineering teams to successfully deliver projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and design. You should be adept at balancing the demands of performance, scalability, and code hygiene while maintaining technical excellence. You also still want to be close to the code, and impact the solutions you’re driving by being hands-on. If you are passionate about building robust platforms and taking innovative products to scale, we want to hear from you.
