Job Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated, successful Partner Event Marketing Specialist who is eager to be a key player in managing the execution and success of our key strategic partner acquisition and partner growth events, supporting top-of-funnel pipeline goals and partnering closely with the wider Marketing team & Sales team to drive demand. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with both the creativity for effective demand generation and the analytical skills to prove ROI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Activity Execution: Execute against a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically for partner events, and pipeline-driving activities, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, promote, and execute a range of partner events, including trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings, ensuring all activities are tailored to partnership goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the partner event budget, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality delivery standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support event and field activity execution, including venues, caterers, and audiovisual technicians.
- Revenue Enablement: Execute on quarterly and monthly plans to drive net new logos, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities specifically through the partner channel.
- Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze data from partner & field events and activities to measure success, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with the partner growth, partner acquisition, and partner marketing teams in addition to senior field & product marketing stakeholders to ensure support is being provided throughout the team where needed.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of Event Management experience desired
- Partner marketing experience desired
- Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce experience is desired
- Strong communication skills, and working cross-functionally with other departments
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and critical thinking
- The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Travel up to 30%
Compensation
Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $60,000 -$70,00 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
