🌟 About Nava
Nava Benefits is a modern benefits brokerage on a mission to fix healthcare. Nava was founded on the vision of bringing high-quality, affordable healthcare to all Americans, starting with the 49% who receive insurance through their employers. By partnering with healthcare and benefits leaders from the country's largest companies, Nava packages their insights, tools, and best practices into a scalable, unified service offering that has helped smaller employers save 8-22% on their benefits plans.

Launched by seasoned co-founders, we're a cross-functional, passionate group of leaders and operators intent on building the industry's most diverse and dynamic place to work.

🚀 About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence, align revenue-generating teams, and optimize workflows across marketing, sales, finance, and service teams. This role is critical for scaling our operations and achieving our growth goals.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • 🔧 Workflow Design and Optimization:

    • Build and refine workflows across marketing, sales, finance, and service teams.
    • Develop and manage lead-to-opportunity workflows, client onboarding, and renewal processes.
    • Partner with finance to streamline commission structures and service-related workflows.
  • 🛠️ Systems Management:

    • Maintain and scale key systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
    • Ensure systems are integrated and aligned with business priorities.
  • 📊 Sales Planning and Forecasting:

    • Implement processes for accurate sales planning and forecasting.
    • Collaborate with revenue teams to roll out actionable, data-driven strategies.
  • 📈 Data-Driven Insights:

    • Deliver analytics and insights to improve operational efficiency and scaling efforts.
    • Equip revenue teams with data-driven tools to enhance decision-making.
  • 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, finance, and service teams.
    • Lead and support cross-company initiatives that impact revenue operations.

🎓 Key Qualifications

  • 🌟 Experience:

    • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations from approximately $20M to $50M in revenue.
    • Experience in high-growth environments and managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong expertise in Revenue Operations, with a preference over Sales Operations.
  • ⚙️ Technical Competence:

    • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, setup, and workflows across sales, marketing, and service.
    • Strong workflow builder with data-driven and analytical skills.
  • 💡 Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Effective people manager and team leader.
    • Collaborative approach to aligning priorities across marketing, sales, service, and finance teams.
