NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Business Analysis Senior Specialist to join their team in Frisco, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).REMOTE

Responsibilities:

Data Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of healthcare-related data, including financial transactions, payments, and other metrics. Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
Determine descriptions and analysis of Operations and Client needs, business impacts and system process functionality.
Analyze individual program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
Managing application management and Intensive research and analysis of new techniques to improve productivity.
Generates regular reports and analyze the clients data to monitor accounts receivable, track payments and adjustments.
Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Ensure reconciliation processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in effective communication to understand their needs, provide support, and address reconciliation-related issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Health Plan Encounter and 837 expertise
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
Familiarity with healthcare financial systems, process of Insurance/Patient payments and adjustments and reimbursement methodologies.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and revenue cycle management.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $55-$67/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
