About The Role:


The IT Operations team covers employee support (traditional helpdesk), networking, as well as application and server administration. As a Senior IT Operations Technician, you will be responsible for managing assigned tickets, maintaining applications, and improving processes and procedures across the systems you support.


NOTE: The selected applicant must be able to work remotely from Puebla, MX, or the surrounding area. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Triaging and solving tickets 
  • Supporting directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, configuring SSO)
  • Managing assigned applications (e.g. Jira, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Google Workspace)
  • Upgrading and implementing new technologies as assigned

Requirements:

  • Advanced English Skills (Writing and Communication).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting users on technical issues (service desk or equivalent experience). 
  • Functional understanding of core IT technologies: networking, server administration, application management, and directory services. 
  • Experience solving unexpected tickets without a pre-defined solution.
  • Passion for improving the systems and processes around you.
  • Desire to be challenged with new technologies.
  • Able to work from 8 AM - 5 PM US EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Preferred Experience: 

  • A+ Certification strongly preferred
  • Powershell scripting.
  • Active Directory management.
  • Entra ID administration
  • Exchange Online Administration.
  • SAML/SCIM Configuration.
