Job description

This is a remote position.

• Assist new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience as they join
the client​
• Provide service for our team to ensure technology platforms, systems and
equipment is working and being used
• Proactively make recommendations to improve existing processes and focus on
internal IT service as employee-centric
• Build, test & maintain office information technology infrastructure, including
audio visual equipment and personal computers
• Perform onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts and devices
• Respond to employee requests through a ticket tracking system implement
new features and core services in the client's office infrastructure
• Adhere to all system operation policies including but not limited to Access
Control, Encryption Control, Logging, Change Management, Platform
Security, System Configuration, Physical and Incident Management policies


Requirements
• At least 2 years of IT Service Desk Support experience
• With experience working with Jira and Confluence for 1 year
• Preferred familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, Github and VPN and basic troubleshooting
• With Average and Above Average Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Knowledgeable with both Windows AND Mac operating systems
• Customer Service Oriented personality
• College level in BS IT
