This is a remote position.

Job Description

Become an integral part of a dynamic sales progression team in a fast-paced real estate environment. You’ll be the linchpin in property transactions, ensuring smooth communication between solicitors, clients, and other estate agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to streamline administrative processes, optimize workflows, and directly contribute to the company’s growth. Responsibilities
  • Manage communication between solicitors, clients, and other estate agents involved in property chains
  • Handle initial stages of sales progression, including form preparation and data gathering
  • Update and maintain accurate transaction records in CRM systems
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for property sales
  • Assist in coordinating property chains to ensure smooth transactions
  • Support sales and sales progression teams with administrative tasks
  • Communicate transaction updates to relevant parties promptly
  • Contribute to process optimization between sales and sales progression departments

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of UK property market and sales processes (preferred)
  • Fluent English language skills
