Job Summary:
The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for growing Edenred Pay’s referral partner network with new referral partners and expanding existing partnerships to generate leads for the Direct Sales team. This role will be assigned a portfolio of partnerships made up of partners across all verticals at Edenred Pay with an emphasis on Golf, Media, Hospitality, Property Management and Healthcare. This person will serve as daily management and support for our direct referral partners, which include ERP platform, industry partners and related relationships.
Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities
- Meets/exceeds assigned partner portfolio growth objectives (e.g., partner MQL and SQL generation).
- Coordinates collaboration with all supporting or dependent teams within the assigned partner channel for development and launch of new partnerships.
- Works with direct channel partner on GTM Strategy development and achieving/tracking to joint KPIs.
- Manages partner enablement and training for direct channel partnerships, as needed.
- Serves as referral partner liaison to align Sales team with referral partner key contacts.
- Works with Marketing on animating the relationships with training, messaging, webinars, and thought leadership across all business lines, with priority given to our Core Four (Golf, Media, Hospitality, Property Management) plus supporting new verticals, i.e., Healthcare.
- Aligns with Sales Ops for tracking and reporting to the referral partner.
- Drives virtual card optimization throughout the portfolio with direct channel partnerships.
- Manages day-to-day of assigned direct partner channel relationships.
- With Finance, confirms referral payouts and troubleshoot any issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience with developing partnerships and managing relationships is required.
- Demonstrated success in sales training delivery, creation of marketing collateral.
- Excellent presentation skills to partners, clients and/or internal stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills or ability to attain marketing knowledge for assigned verticals.
- Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to work independently and multi-task.
- Proven history of dealing with ambiguity and solving complex problems
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in channel partner management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in relative ecosystem experience in the Core business lines, preferably with a specialized ERP or other technology solution.
Physical Requirements:
- Must possess the physical ability to travel for in-person interaction at tradeshows, partner sales meetings, etc.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
