Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions.
  • Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the products.
  • Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders by addressing client inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to empathize with clients' unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • A home office/room or quiet, designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.
