Job Description: 

As a Product Manager at Itential, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing products that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product development, from requirements gathering through launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, user experience, operations, and marketing to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and meet key business objectives. You will work with leadership in performing market research, analyzing customer feedback, and using data-driven insights to prioritize features and improvements. You will also engage with stakeholders across Itential to align on success criteria, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful launch and improvements of products that maintain Itential’s standards for quality and effectiveness. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills are essential to excel in this position.  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product strategy. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create product milestones and incremental deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and other teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Market and Customer Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Product Development and Launch: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Coordinate product launches by working with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a successful rollout. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. Track key performance indicators and report on product success.
  • Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback to enhance existing products and develop new ones. Foster a culture of continuous learning and product iteration.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Experience in network engineering, customer-facing SaaS products or infrastructure automation tools. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
