Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Analyst to join our Indiana-based healthcare client. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support and optimize Epic applications, including ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, and Referrals, ensuring seamless scheduling and registration workflows. Your contributions will be vital to the success of revenue cycle operations and patient access services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Epic modules related to scheduling and registration, including ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, and Referrals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows in ambulatory and hospital revenue cycle operations, including scheduling, registration, and patient accounting.
  • Support integrated areas such as check-in, benefits, referrals, bed management, and orders.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to the Epic applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Conduct user training and create relevant documentation to support application use and workflow integration.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of Epic experience, with proficiency in assigned modules.
  • Minimum two Epic certifications (preferably ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, or Referrals).
  • Two to three years of experience in IT application development, training, and implementation within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with workflows in scheduling, registration, HIM, patient accounting, and authorization/precertification processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Benefits
Salary based on experience $78,000 - $85,000
