We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter (1-year contract) to join our Polish office, with close collaboration across all our EMEA offices. As we continue to grow, the primary focus of this role will be recruitment for roles within the PLM system domain, covering both technical and non-technical positions. The responsibilities will encompass direct search, headhunting, optimizing existing selection processes, and providing support to hiring managers and candidates at every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy for the EMEA market.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to guide them through the end-to-end recruitment process, offering market-driven insights and tailored strategies.
  • Prepare market analyses to recommend optimal hiring approaches for specific roles and locations.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and continually seek innovative ways to attract top IT talent.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed hiring statistics using internal tools and reports.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on the IT industry and end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Skills: Expertise in direct search tools, a strong understanding of the EMEA market, and the ability to craft innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Attributes: Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with a proven ability to engage and connect with top talent.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish and Russian is a plus.
  • Collaboration: A team player who excels in building strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and peers.
  • Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
