Your role in the team
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in the formulation of content pillars, channel strategies and multi-format content across social platforms for the Singapore market.
Your insights and creativity will shape the way we communicate with potential and existing clients, supporting both acquisition and retention efforts for IG in Singapore.
What you’ll do
Content Strategy
- Build comprehensive, commercial content strategies across short/mid/long term planning process.
- Lead team members to develop content pillars and outputs that align to IG’s commercial objectives including first trades, active clients, and retention
- Develop and execute comprehensive programs of work that are integrated with brand, acquisition, engagement and retention activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for content to lead innovation across various channels, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Content Delivery
- Design and implement end-to-end content led campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage the development and delivery of campaigns, leveraging centrally created programmes where relevant.
Budgets
- Manage spend within allocated budgets.
- Monthly reporting on budget, deliverables and performance.
Performance
- Deliver a measurable uplift in key engagement metrics.
- Monitor and forecast engagement, providing insights to optimise performance.
- In collaboration with the research team, analyse in market performance across our brand & competitors to make compelling, insights-driven recommendations.
Team Leadership
- Lead 1 social media executive and external agency relationships.

What you’ll need for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with people management experience.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in online trading, CFD trading, share dealing, or fintech sectors.
- Track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Expertise in developing and managing omnichannel content strategies (blog posts, videos, webinars, social media, emails, etc) knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
