Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to join AUTODOC’s Marketplace team, who will focus on Process Improvements and Analytics. 

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams like Category Management, Customer Care, and Analytics to streamline processes and generate data-driven insights that drive efficiency and growth across the Marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify bottlenecks in the seller onboarding process and implement improvements for a seamless experience.

  • Ensure product content accuracy and compliance by developing mechanisms to flag non-compliant or inappropriate listings.

  • Conduct regular catalogue audits to enhance user experience and streamline content management processes.

  • Create a framework for ongoing assessment and refinement of item data quality, ensuring better item data quality at scale.

  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Category Management, Customer Care, and Analytic, to align process improvements and enhance overall Marketplace efficiency

  • Track seller and customer behavior to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevan professional experience.

  • High Proficiency in Excel, SQL and PowerBI.

  • Fluent English (Another EU language is a plus).

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills with a focus on working with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

  • Adaptability and a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

  • Basic familiarity with process automation tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace environments would be big plus.
