Overview:  

When you join the CleanSlate team in Kentucky, as the Clinical Operations Training Specialist you will be responsible for center support staff training and development and act as backfill support of the centers when needed. The Day-to-Day center coverage requirements will be assigned by the Regional VP of Operations. Under the direction of the Learning and Development manager, you will create and utilize standardized training curriculum to conduct comprehensive training for all newly hired and existing employees in the operations support roles. It is anticipated that the time allocated between the training and backfill responsibilities will be 50/50. This person must be able and willing to travel up to 75-80% within the assigned market.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site coverage in situations where we have open positions.
  • Serve as the expert trainer for new and existing employees in the operations support roles (Center Manager, Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, etc.).
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the company standards and training materials/programs for each role.
  • Ensures standards are developed and applied consistently from an enterprise perspective.
  • Responsible for training to established standards to ensure consistent onboarding of new team members and consistent re-training of existing team members.
  • Schedule, and manage assigned training programs (identification of learning goals, content creation, coordination with subject matter experts, deliver training sessions and workshops).
  • Measure and track individual performance after initial training. Provide feedback and identify additional training opportunities.
  • Maintain a system of training records and ensure documentation is on file.
  • Will split time approximately 50/50 between training and backfill support. When needed, provide support beyond the assigned primary market.
  • All other tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a healthcare setting
  • Experience specializing in:
    • Learning and Development
    • Project Management
    • Staff development
    • Curriculum Design and Training
  • Experience working with a supervisory role.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate success in driving quality and standardization.
  • Proficiency with EMR’s and data analytics software.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people via a collaborative approach.
  • Passionate about coaching and developing others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with all levels of staff, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to follow standardized curriculum while engaging the learner.
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
