What You'll Do:
The Programmatic Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing complex tasks related to programmatic advertising operations, ensuring smooth delivery and optimization of deal-based campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Programmatic Operations, this role will focus on troubleshooting, optimizing high-value programmatic deals, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. The Programmatic Operations Specialist will also play a critical role in automating processes and implementing new features in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the execution of advanced programmatic tasks such as complex troubleshooting, deals optimization, discrepancies investigation, pacing problems, or delivery shortfalls across major DSPs.
· Collaborate with the Head of Programmatic Operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
· Establish clear workflows and best practices for campaign setup, delivery, and reporting, continuously seeking opportunities for automation and process improvement.
· Collaborate closely with sales, client services, and product teams to translate client needs into appropriate programmatic strategies and solutions.
· Manage the setup, monitoring, and optimization of complex programmatic campaigns, ensuring they meet performance KPIs and deliver against client objectives.
Contribute to the development and iteration of internal processes to streamline programmatic operations and enhance operational efficiency.
· Oversee the implementation of new features and automation initiatives within the programmatic operations workflow.
· Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance programmatic strategies.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Who You Are:
- Available to work on Night shifts: 6 pm to 3 am (Yerevan time)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields.
· 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
· Strong understanding of programmatic deal types and audience targeting strategies.
· Expertise in demand-side platforms and programmatic tools.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
· Advanced experience in performance campaign management and familiarity with relevant metrics (CPMs, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
· Experience in cross-channel programmatic execution, including mobile, video, and display.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multi-task across various campaigns and clients.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
· Strong verbal and written English.
NB: This role can be either remote in Armenia or you can can work from the Yerevan office opened 24 hours/ day.
