As a Technology Adoption Specialist for Microsoft 365, you'll play a critical role in transforming the way our organization collaborates and works. You will be the driving force behind the adoption and efficient use of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Office Suite, and Copilot.

Responsibilities:  
  • Spearheading the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 applications throughout our organization 

  • Engage with internal business partners to understand and address strategic business requirements. 

  • Work with teams to develop solutions for the effective implementation of Microsoft 365 apps. 

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture team on the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) strategy. 

  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for our Service Desk and end-users. 

  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice recommendations. 

  • Monitor usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs. 

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 adoption strategies with business goals. 

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 

  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to provide expert advice and support. 

 

To excel in this role, you should bring: 
  • Proven experience in driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications in a corporate environment 

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Office Suite and Copilot 

  • Excellent training and coaching skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels 

 

 Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications:  
  • Proven experience in training and user enablement for Microsoft 365 or similar applications.  

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their use in business environments.  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach  

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or equivalent 

  • 5+ years of experience working as Adoption and Enablement Specialist or equivalent 

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity, and collaboration, and inspiring the same in others.
