Logistics
- Full Remote or Hybrid (Must be local to South Florida)
- Base Salary + Industry leading Commission and Bonuses (1st Year Comp Estimate: $150K to $200K)
- Equity – in a Startup on a path to reach a 100-million-dollar valuation in 3 years. (Today's valuation, 6 Million)

A day in the Role
- Build-out and leverage a prospect list of target clients and relationships as well as continuously identifying new ones.
- Maximize on leads/verified prospects daily to continuous fast track business development
- Work closely with our Growth Marker, Managing Partner, and Technical Recruiter to synergize on solutions for optimal, efficient, and effective business growth
- Attend networking events to generate leads and relationships on both the client and candidate sides.
- Set and execute lunch, dinner, Zoom/Virtual and Phone meetings with existing and new clients/relationships.
- Effectively articulate the value, brand, and differentiators in who we are and the staffing, recruiting, and technology services we provide.
- Use our tools to identify, screen, and deliver on job opportunities with great candidates.

- Always pipeline great candidates and always look to develop relationships with promising contacts.
- Wear multiple hats as needed, stay flexible, and always be open to feedback, always be looking to grow and always work

- Recruit on other positions as needed.
- Receive recruiting help on your positions as needed.
- Most Importantly - Ramp-up, generate a ROI for our business and start growing with us.
Requirements:
- At least 2.5 years of successful Technical Recruiting experience with a Staffing and Recruiting company.
- At least 6 months of Business Development experience in staffing and recruiting.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Well versed with using LinkedIn Premium Products and other software tools
- Positive, high-energy, professionalism
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be a reliable, detail-oriented and a money motivated person passionate about professional growth, personal growth, and technology.
- Must feel comfortable working independently from home or in an office.
- An appetite, desire, work ethic, and discipline needed to achieve success that is much larger than a job.
- A doer and a dreamer.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Bonus Skills & Experience:
- Prior Full Desk Recruiting experience.
- A strong Social Media engagement rate on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Experience working in both Staff Aug and Direct Hire lines of business.
- A background ideally recruiting on Software Engineering, Salesforce, Cyber Security, DevOps and Technical Leadership roles.
