Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, tailoring your approach to each platform’s unique audience and features
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our brand guidelines and business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Foster and grow vibrant online communities, responding to comments and messages to boost engagement and build brand loyalty
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports, using data-driven insights to refine and improve our social media strategies
  • Collaborate closely with our team to drive conversions, increase bookings, and support overall business growth through targeted social media campaigns
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, continuously adapting our strategies to maximize reach and engagement
  • Potentially manage social media presence for multiple clients as our brand strategy business expands, offering opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility

Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management across multiple platforms, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Extensive knowledge of AI tools
  • Creative flair for content creation, especially in short-form video for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and brands
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines meticulously while maintaining creativity
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects in a part-time role
  • Experience in the property management, hospitality, or personal branding sectors is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team
